National Institute, Customs Course Mates, Others Celebrate Kanwan Katsina at 69

Congratulatory and goodwill messages have continued to pour in for the Kanwa Katsina, District Head of Ketare, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara, mni, as he marked his 69th birthday on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The distinguished traditional ruler, a retired Comptroller of the Nigeria Customs Service, is fondly remembered for his outstanding service. During his tenure as Public Relations Officer of the Tin Can Customs Command, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the image of the Service.

Several groups and organizations joined in celebrating the monarch, extending warm wishes of good health, sound mind, long life, and prosperity. Among them were Government Secondary School Malumfashi Old Boys, 1974 Set, Nigeria Customs Service 1982 Course Mates (314 Trackers), Kanwan United Football Club of Ketare, and Distinguished Members of National Institute Course 35, 2013.

Others are Ketare District Development Association (KDDA), Ketare Youth Development Association (KEDYDA), Daddy Communication, Nadabo family of Kankara, Bakori, Ketare, Dani, and Tsiga in Katsina

Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara, an accomplished administrator and respected ruler, has made significant contributions to the development of Ketare District and Katsina State. His leadership continues to inspire admiration and respect across communities and institutions.
