Anti-Corruption Group Applauds TANTITA for Enhanced Pipeline Protection

The Media Anti-Corruption Initiative (MACI), a non-governmental organization committed to combating corruption and promoting transparency, has commended TANTITA Security Services Limited for its outstanding efforts in safeguarding Nigeria’s oil pipelines.

Since being awarded the contract in August 2022 to secure pipelines in the Niger Delta region, TANTITA has achieved remarkable success in curbing oil theft and vandalism—issues that have long drained billions of naira from the nation’s economy.

MACI praised TANTITA’s proactive approach, noting that their operations have not only reduced illegal activities but also fostered peace and stability in the region. Importantly, the company has created employment opportunities for local communities, contributing to socio-economic development while discouraging involvement in pipeline sabotage.
